Carson is a 24/7 platform created specifically for remote or partially staffed residential buildings. This remote doorman service and app dramatically enhances residents’ living experience, and streamlines operations and communications for property management.
Staff has complete control of the buildings they manage, with the building’s front door, package room, amenity spaces and unit doors all connected.
Management has visibility and keep control of who has access.
The app allows staff to:
- Communicate with residents.
- Unlock doors from anywhere.
- Manage package deliveries including communicating with delivery personnel, so no more ‘Unable to Deliver’ notifications.
- Set up amenity reservations.
- Process online payments such as rent.
- Manage building maintenance requests.
Access to buildings is granted through the use of digital keys which staff can allocate to contractors, couriers and visitors, as required. Residents are also able to send digital keys to their friends, nannies, dog walkers or any other visitors they wish to invite into the building. Staff are notified when people enter and leave the building. There is also 24/7 CCTV which can be monitored through the app.
Carson integrates with existing hardware and syncs with other property management software such as Yardi, Click Pay and Aware by BuildingLink.
Carson brings the experience of a fully staffed large property to a smaller, unstaffed or partially staffed building.
