Access to buildings is granted through the use of digital keys which staff can allocate to contractors, couriers and visitors, as required. Residents are also able to send digital keys to their friends, nannies, dog walkers or any other visitors they wish to invite into the building. Staff are notified when people enter and leave the building. There is also 24/7 CCTV which can be monitored through the app.
Carson integrates with existing hardware and syncs with other property management software such as Yardi, Click Pay and Aware by BuildingLink.
